The price must be genuine
The item must be like for like
The price must be the total price delivered
The item can not be part of a group of items
The item can not be a sale or end of line item
Full details must be given to enable us to check it's genuine
The price match is only valid before purchasing from us
Why have these rules and criteria?
The rules and criteria are there for you the customer. Our aim is to provide any product slightly higher than the wholesale cost (the price we pay) so you the customer can benefit from high quality products without the high prices. We have to protect ourselves from "False Price Matches" so that we can continue to offer this service to our genuine customers. Why let a minority spoil it for the majority.
Mai Lingerie reserves the right to refuse any price match should they feel that it is not genuine.
